Nutrition and lifestyle are always top tier pillars in optimizing health and resolving symptoms, so I have created this Dairy-Free & Grain-Free 4-Week Meal Plan (and 35 page recipe book!) to help specifically guide you, whether you are an existing patient or not. 

It is extremely common that we run food sensitivity panels on patients with these symptoms to specifically identify patient-specific food triggers, but dairy and gluten are the two most common sensitivities that we see. 

Instead of making this plan gluten-free, I went one step further and made it completely grain-free for those who are sensitive to other grains in addition to gluten-containing grains. If you're not sensitive to other grains, feel free to add in quinoa or rice, for example.
